The mounting block has a spherical inner section and bolts to European / swan neck style towballs. Bikes hang (side by side) from upright L shaped horizontal arms, which are held in place by clips. These can be removed when the rack is not in use, though the mounting block would also need removal if you wanted to tow. Straps are included, weight 6.0kg
