This workstand clamps into a Black & Decker type workmate. Two vertical supports hold the bike by the front fork dropouts (front wheel out) and the bottom bracket (junction between the chainstays, chainstay bridge and bottom bracket)
Kit includes a skewer for the front fork support.

The front fork support has 7cm of forwards/backwards adjustment. Minimum adjustment from bottom bracket vertical support to front fork support is 605mm c-c. Maximum adjustment is 675mm.
